Project X has finally arrived, and we are pleased to introduce a Minecraft first, Cards! While playing Minecraft now, you will earn cards which can be redeemed for interesting and wonderful effects and (eventually) be traded between other users.
Ingame, type “/cards register” to kickstart the process which will give you a temporary login for http://cards.mcau.org which you use to register with your Minecraft username, and the temporary password provided. Afterwards please enter any password you want (preferably something unique) and you can start collecting and redeeming your cards!
The brainchild of this project is our very own Ullarah who has been throwing his brain at the problem, along with many of our staff for many weeks and months now. Thank you Ullarah for your contributions to MCAU!
Get in there and start earning cards peeps. There is a few cards already, and we will be making more as time goes on.
You sould probely fix it a little cause ive tryed to register/login and the website is a tad bit buggy but it looks awesome so far!

No. Why would we be all secretive about Vanilla? Not much of a surprise when we have been telling you its been coming for a while now 😀
That’s the best way to hide a secret. Let the masses come up with theories and then leave evidence to boost the wrong theories.

Can we have a list of all the cards and their effects so we know what we can/can’t look forward to?
It is a surprise to get them, but to hope for a particular card… that would be so awesome to get it after waiting/working towards it.
We’re a little chaotic with the cards for the moment so it’d be rather hard to list them all. I can give you a run down on some of the cards I’ve added over the past couple days tho.
Turn zombie for 16mins and gives you a zombie head,
Turn creeper for 16mins and gives you a creeper head,
Aquaman card that gives water breathing and aqua infinity,
Human Torch card that gives fire resist, night vision and makes you look like you’re on fire,
Also this card (http://puu.sh/6JDb7.jpg) which I’ll start giving out soon. It’s collectable so when trading comes around it’ll be non-tradeable.
